The Task Tree is not only a work breakdown structure; it also shows the order of completion. There are basically two ways of arranging the order of completion in the Task Tree.

Most workflows can be designed by using a combination of the parallel or sequential completion order. Many other types of dependencies or delays may however be specified on a task.

The Gantt Chart is automatically generated from the workflow in the Task Tree and the time estimations of the tasks. The Gantt Chart report also needs information about users assigned to the tasks and their work schedule.

The result will be a prediction of work to be performed on the tasks over time.
