Task Tracking

Project Engine installs with a carefully designed workflow for tracking tasks.

Tasks are arranged in a tree structure, the Task Tree. The Task Tree contains all tasks visible to a user.

Task Status

The color of a task in the Task Tree indicates the status:

Red - Not Started

Yellow - In Progress

Green - Completed

The parent task will be started automatically when one of the subtasks are started.

The parent task will be completed automatically when all subtasks are completed.

To-Do List

A small envelope on a task in the Task Tree indicates that the task is currently delivered to a user.

The "My To-Do List" report contains all tasks delivered to the current user. The primary goal for all project members is to complete the tasks in their To-Do list.
